    Student Leadership Bios

*My name is Nathan S and I am fifth grader in Ms. Thompson’s class at Lafayette Elementary School. I was born in Seattle and I have lived in Seattle my whole life. I like to play baseball and flag football. I have played baseball since I was five years old, and I have played football since 2nd grade on the Lafayette Flag Football team. I love the Seahawks and the Los Angeles Dodgers. One of my favorite off time activity is to play video games. My favorite movie is Jurassic World, and my favorite song is Shell Shocked from the Ninja Turtles movie.

I am generous and courteous, kind and funny, and loyal and honest to others. I help others when help is needed. When they are hurt or being bullied I promise to be there. If someone needs help they can come and talk to me. I promise I will attend every appointment and student council meeting, and will try to make the school a better and happier environment.

*My name is Eloise P. I am ten years old. I have lived most of my life in Seattle WA. I’ve been at Lafayette since 1st grade. I am in 5th grade, in Mr. Ngobi's classroom. I am very open minded about new ideas, I have a creative mind and I can think through problems. I look forward to a great year at Lafayette.

*My name is Hannah B, and I am the student council officer from Mr. Hodges room. Words can’t describe how honored I am to have such a responsibility. I won’t let you down.

One cool thing about me is that I love to play sports. My main sports are soccer in the spring and fall, and basketball in the winter. But I do toss a football around with my brother sometimes.

Another fun thing about me is I am a complete and total animal lover! For a couple years I rode horses and took lessons, but I decided to take the soccer and basketball route.

The last thing about me is that I have the coolest friends in the whole world! It’s really cool and lucky that we are all in spectrum, meaning that we will have the same classmates each year, so I have formed a really tight bond with my friends. One of my best friends is Brooke S. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done running against such a worthy opponent in the election but she is still my BFF!

Now that you know a little bit about me you know that Lafayette Elementary is in good hands!
