Yellow bus cards are required when a student is going home on a different bus or getting off at a different bus stop. Each card is valid for 10 school days from the date it is written, provided the student is riding the same bus and exiting at the same stop.

Bus card requests must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the ride, and will only be accepted through the Yellow Bus Card Request Form below. If you have any questions regarding bus cards, please contact the Lafayette Front Office at 206-252-9500.
